We currently are looking for hardworking honest individuals who are dependable , responsible and accountable for the work they provide.
We need team players and not a one man show.
This year in 2023 Mendoza Painting is growing and we are hoping to find who we are looking for.
With employment falling since the pandemic , we still believe there are people who still have drive and desire to work in the struggling trades.
Our company is driven by the number of quality employees we can keep on our team.
If you want to stay busy we can provide that, but only when trust is present in our crews, in order to expand we need the best people who want to grow to become a journeyman, or even a foreman.
We are re-painting specialist and also we have prevailing wage opportunity for the top workers who deserve that opportunity if proven to do so.

Journeyman Workers Must Have Basic Hand Tools.
Brushes to do quality jobs with,Roller handles, masking machine,Drills, Caulking guns, hammer, hole punches, and tools they like to use to execute jobs.
Ladders,,Materials, and Sprayers provided (if workers know how to operate them with previous experience) will be provided depending on the project.
Clean Driver's License/Transportation Must be able to Legally Work in California Must Have Tools Must be dependable MUST PASS BACKROUND CHECK/ CLEAN BACKROUND THIS IS NOT A CASH BUSINESS - WE ARE EMPLOYING LEGAL WORKERS AND PAY WITH CHECKS FROM A CERTIFIED PAYROLL COMPANY.

FOREMAN OPPORTUNITY ($35+) Depending After a trial period and observation , you may be qualified to be a foreman under the right proof of work experience.
Must have have at least 4 year of painting at journeyman level, and 2 years of running jobs 2 to 3 jobs at a time.
(Must be able to run 4 to 6 guys) Trust has to be built first and after probation period.
Must know how to paint from start to finish whether new construction or repainting.
Must know what primers are to be used and all instructions to execute to finish the contracts and requirements involved with the work.
Bonuses are now implemented into paid time off for winter , if jobs are being knocked out efficiently and thoroughly and finished before the deadline bonuses may be given after the probation period.
