as well as celebrating the employees on our team? We are a locally owned and operated, environmentally-friendly pest control company based in Rohnert Park and we are looking to add an additional Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to our amazing team.
This is an in-person position at our Rohnert Park office and we are looking for applicants who live in Sonoma County at this time.
The primary responsibility for this position is routing/dispatching technicians and scheduling service appointments utilizing our industry-specific software and confirming service appointments.
The position will also have the responsibility of answering phone calls and communicating via email and text to address the needs of our customers.
Attention to detail is key and the ability to prioritize is essential.
This position requires an individual who is confident, organized, dependable and able to work independently while multitasking in a busy office environment.
Our office is looking for someone who possesses the willingness to learn, who has a positive attitude and enjoys working as a member of a team.
Reliability and regular attendance is a must for success in this position.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling, routing and confirming service appointments with acute attention to detail Efficiently and effectively answering phone calls from customers and taking clear, detailed messages Various general office tasks, including data entry, scanning documents, emailing customers, filing, etc.
Applicant Requirements:
Must have a minimum of three years of experience working in an office setting with prior receptionist, appointment scheduling, dispatcher duties and/or customer service experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Positive, polite, friendly and helpful personality.
Must be able to work in a small office environment and work well as an active member of a team.
Proficient in grammar and spelling.
Must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word and have basic knowledge of operating office equipment (Computer, printer, copier, etc.
) We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience with a performance review after 90 days of employment, plus medical benefits, paid holidays and paid 56 hours annually of personal/sick time after probationary period for full-time employees.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
