We are currently looking for an organized, thoughtful and proactive individual to join our team.
This person will focus on customer service, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
The winery office is located in Rohnert Park of Sonoma County.
A sample of responsibilities are listed below.
Customer Service Monitor phones and email Timely and thorough responses to all customers Occasionally meet with customers for wine pickups and visits DTC Administration Maintain customer records in e-commerce software Maintenance of e-commerce data and shopping carts Work with marketing team to coordinate wine info and releases Shipping & Logistics Order processing, fulfillment, and packaging Organization of physical wine inventories Required Skills Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Familiarity with Nexternal or other e-commerce is a plus Must be detail oriented Team player with strong work ethic.
Ability to lift fifty pounds Proficiency or interest in learning to drive forklift Job Type:
