Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Branch Manager for our North Bay location in Rohnert Park, CA.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the daily operations for all lines of business conducted at the branch, including residential, small business, commercial, educational, governmental, and enterprise premises systems in accordance with established policies and procedures.
This will be done by managing process and procedure while leading a team of people to set goals and objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Oversee day-to-day operations and activities of the branch and its personnel and perform all responsibilities with a strong commitment to ethics and personal/professional integrity Drive initiatives and direct service and installation staff to achieve excellent performance Use key performance indicators towards continuous improvement and quality Demonstrate proficiency and support staff's use of company software and application systems Collaborate with and support branch assigned sales representatives in pursuit of installation and RMR growth and service revenue with both an internal and external customer first mind-set Approve new contracts and proposals individually and/or with sales leadership when required and utilize company deployed software systems Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, train, develop, and lead new employees and ensure all branch personnel are properly trained; coach and mentor staff Supervise and approve branch expenses Manage adherence to all company policies including, but not limited to, Department of Consumer Affairs, State & Federal Labor Codes and vehicle and OSHA safety requirements Make recommendations and contributions to process and policy improvement, as appropriate Commit to excellent communications and actively resolve customer issues Maintain an awareness of, and establish relationships with relevant public service agencies, inspectors, fire marshals, and associations to promote a positive company image Attend all required meetings and build/maintain strong relationships across corporate and branch staffs to facilitate a positive work environment and teamwork Remain on call so as to be available within a reasonable time to respond as appropriate to branch related emergencies MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years industry specific work experience Understanding of security system installation process Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Great planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills Excellent written/verbal communication Detail-oriented/multi-tasker Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Software) Passionate about working in an evolving and growing environment PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Operational or Sales leadership position(s) Recruiting, hiring, and retaining direct report staff Familiarity with Sedona and/or WeSuite software platforms Ability to perform Fire and Security System Engineering P&L Responsibility NICET, ACE, PMP, CPP or other industry relevant certifications
